This is Simon the Sourdough, he was born in South London back in 2015. 

He is the backbone of all our wood fire pizza and bread and we are very proud of him.

Take a little bit of Simon to make your own pizza and bread at home but please take care of him.
Instructions on how to feed, look after, and use Simon will also be given.
